Cheers all around
Sorry for being a little late to this festivity, but the winner of the Gourmet Survivor II has been announced. Well, the winners actually. Derrick's Jason and my William are in a tie. We raised exactly the same amount of money, so it's a tie. Congratulations to Jason and William for jobs fabulously done. Congrats and thanks as well to the other two players and coaches, Kathy and Josh and Melissa and David, and also the grand master of the game, Adam, the Amateur Gourmet himself.
But the real winner is truly the Red Cross Katrina Relief fund, because together we, with Adam's clever behind-the-scene plotting and prodding, raised $4,188!!
Thanks too to all of you who watched, cheered, voted and left words of encouragement during the game. We couldn't have done it without you.
Congratulations all around! Glad we were all able to raise so much money while making delicious food.

Oh, and pssst...mentoring was done by Jeremy at Frost Street, not Josh :-)
