A few eye-grabbing items found today at a flea market I stumbled upon.
Some could still be useful, while others lost their utility long ago - leaving just mindlessly pretty shells, a cacophony of lines and edges and colors. I wish my cupboard had room for them all.
you can open a retro theme diner with them... yup, pretty finds... though i wouldn't dream of using the rusty ones in the kitchen. LoL

Good eyes!! But I'm wondering where it is.

I have a rule about flea markets (and eBay): Never buy something that could have been used to process body parts. Like the grater or the ricer-looking thing. :) Too much CSI, I guess.
And I can't believe I just admitted this in writing.

These are some great finds! What flea market was this? It's not the right week for Alameda...

Oh gosh - last year in Kentucky we purchased a load of retro kitchen utensils like the ones pictured with the intent of making some kind of collage arrangement of them. But alas, they sit in a basket to this day.

I LOVE the cups- reminds me of the serving dishes summer camp when I was a kid.

I *want* that manual whisk in the top right corner of the 2nd to last picture. I grew up using one of those, as my mother wouldn't al;low me to use the electric one when I was small.
I swear cakes taste better when they are whisked with one of those.

I think the rusty ones are scary too.
I actually bought one manual eggbeater too, brand new, still in a box. No risk of human bits, I hope.
