Happy Valentines, from the love archives of Chez Pim
On the day we are all supposed to be thinking about love, I am, once again, thinking of my beloved grandfather and his favorite snack, Khao Tung, rice cakes with shrimp, pork and peanut dip. I wrote about it on this day a few years ago, and the memory is still just as sweet today.
